I enter a new reference (Leviticus), it shows in the drop-down list, I pick it and whether I hit the Enter key on the keyboard or click on the little arrow in the reference, nothing happens.
It works fine for other books of the Bible I tried (though I find the responsiveness on the slow side). I know that at least one of the resources listed for other books (Believer's Bible Commentary) does have an outline for Leviticus and that I undoubtedly have other resources that have outlines on Leviticus that should normally appear.
